  • Trust deeds
  • Instruments of transfer (in the case of nominee shareholders)
  • Undated letter of resignation for directors
  • Minutes of the company’s first meeting of the board of directors
  • Copy of the signed retainer letter
  • Copy of the signed indemnity letter
  • Copy of the signed Statement letter
  • Copy of the know your client questionnaire
  • Any relevant banking documents
  • Any other information concerning the company’s activities up until the date of establishment
