Mr Yiannos Georgiades, Chairman of the Cyprus Chapter of the European Court of Arbitration and Mediation for Commercial Disputes welcomes the honorable Justice Myron Nicolatos President of the Supreme Court of Cyprus, together with the Deputy Chairman Prof. Stephanie Laulhe-Shaelou Head of the law Deparment of Uclan Cyprus University, to the 12th Annual Mediterranean and Middle East Conference which took place at UCLan Cyprus on 26th October 2018, titled “Which requirements are to be considered for the selection of the seat of International Arbitral Proceedings?”. The conference was also honoured with the presence of Mr Mauro Rubino-Sammartano, President of the European Court of Arbitration and Mediation for Commercial Disputes.
